I am so excited!! I have been loosing weight and I am feeling great! Last year I wore a size 15 now I am down to a size 10! From 180 down to 145!! I know I have noticed several ladies doing the same thing. You all look amazing!  Ladies some of you have been a great encouragement to me so I thank you. Looking at all the beautiful ladies we have here in Atlanta makes me realize how truely blessed we are!!
BTW I have been on a fish and veggie diet with LOTS of water. I cheat one day a week and I still socially drink. Still seems to be working
Sorry to post this but I am just so damned excited! Once a woman reaches a certain age weightloss becomes more difficult so I guess thats why I am so excited lol
Maybe I have been working out more in the bed? Best excercise in the world!! haha!

Losing weight is very difficult. You deserve a big pat on the back!!! So when do we see the new pics?

I have been struggling to loose also, but I bought a rowing machine at the end of January and I saw more results in 60 days on the rowing machine than I saw in a year of working with a personal trainer at the gym twice per week.  And I secretly nicknamed him the Punisher so he was not easy on me!  

I have found that straight Cardio is the key to getting smaller!

Nice job I to know how hard itiis to lose weight!  Good luck reaching all your goals!

If I didnt feel great before, I definitely do now!! Well I went and had an awsome photoshoot today and I cant wait to show them off! It REALLY makes a difference losing a few pounds. FYI it did take me about a year to lose 35lbs but I am not through yet and since I do keep updated pics you all might not see a TOTAL difference but I am sure will notice some when you see the new pics I had today. I never get on a scale and was just so pleasantly surprised when I looked yesterday. Congrats to all the other ladies that have been working hard too You are some sexy ass women!!
Damn we should have a party to celebrate all of our success stories!! I am game for all the ladies jumping in a big limo and flashin a few people haha! (among other things)
