For me the pics are pretty much the first, a hot tight body gets my heart pumping.  Naughty lingerie and clothing gives me a view of what to expect from her personality.  Once that gets my attention I go to reviews to see if she is legit and get an idea of what others have encountered.  The number of reviews don't mean much to me but I do like to see that there are some that are recent, especially to make sure that the pics are recent and accurate.  

I know most don't put clear face pics up but those who do that I still feel are legit always hit the top of the list.

Both but the reviews have more weight and what she does or dont do matter more. I will not see a provider that has alot of rules!

When I see posts from various providers, I see some intelligence, some humor and other personality aspects that say "I gotta meet her."  Emails/PMs help too though I'm far from looking for an email buddy. A nice quip or two shows quite a bit, I think.

Don't get me wrong. I do look at pics but good TER posts will often tip the scales in my mind to see This one over That one.  

Once of these days I'll run out of 2 cents, but until then...

I'd have to say a sensational (to me) set of pics is an attention-grabber - and I can't always describe what will grab me; all the women I've seen are individuals - but if they also back it up with nice posts, send responsive PM's and/or emails, seem like a compatible person - that clinches it for me.  Personality goes a long way - not being judgmental, just meaning if personality seems like fun/compatible.
