They say guys peak at 18. I really don't think I slowed down for a long time after that. But I'm getting older now, and I can definitely feel a difference.
Other than some pretty hard living, I have one big factor - I smoke. Not real heavy - maybe half a pack a day - but I don't just light 'em, I burn 'em. That's not helping.
