Her apartment or hotel not that big of difference to me. But a nice private apartment is always nice.

I am not sure how accessible the incall is. I am looking forward to seeing what you have to offer.

The governing issues are privacy and cinfidentiality.  I recently saw an agency lady for the first time in years and the comings and goings in the other rooms were very troubling.  I won't do that again.  If I I decide to see an agency lady again, I will get a hotel room.  So based on this, these are my preferences in order:
1. Private apartment - not group home. (I've seen an independent lady, who shared her apt. but they didn't schedule guys for the same times although the roommate could be home but staid in her room).
2. Lady's incall hotel
3. My hotel

It's easier for me to cum to the lady. Apt or Hotel doesn't matter as long as it's clean and safe.

otherwise; when I'm travelling, outcall to my hotel.  In the first instance, I know my way around & prefer the provider not know where I live; in the second, I don't know my way around & prefer for the provider to find me.  I've done incalls when I was on travel and nearly got lost a couple of times, so I try to avoid those situations.

for me it is A, B, D......most comfortable in her apartment or mine

I'm voting with doogan44. When I visit on business my clients provide a car service to get me from the airport to my hotel and then back & forth to work sites. It seems a bit outside the lines to use the service to get come and go  to an incall, particularly when you start out with less than a specific address or have to enter secured communities.  
It does limit your options, but that's part of the game.
