1.  Set-up appointment for outcall.
2.  For 3 hours waited for the girl (told me it would be 1).
3.  Some guy answered the cell phone saying they could not find the place (did not know a guy was going to show up with the girl).
4.  After numerous times repeating same directions, gave up and told them to forget it.
5.  Talked to agency and told them what had happened and they told me, and I quote:  "don't give a shit what happened, can not believe you would not wait longer, talk to someone who gives a shit"  - then they hung-up on me.

Avoid agency and escorts if you want to be treated with courtesy.

Had an experience almost exactly like yours with this group. Glad I canceled.
