I'm not able to access the provider board yet but... I'd like guys to chime in too. It will give me a little insight to understanding .  
So, I only accept whitelist members or I need 2 provider references. If I cannot obtain such; I ask for work email or copy of I'd to search public record thru intillus . I'm only looking for LE and those who may have been arrested for violent crimes or robbery.

Ladies have you every tried to verify a guy but couldn't due to providers not answering or no whitelist or they refuse your verification requirements ? They the create another profile or email just to go thru the same thin?  

Those actions cause providers to be on edge or become skeptical and much more careful.
So, lovely ladies any experiences?

Not that I keep my screening process a secret, but I do not post it on a public board.  IF I feel certain I am screening someone who has given me the proper info initially, I will carry out the screening process.  Keep this to yourself in the beginning.  Putting things out there will let the bad guys know what they need to possibly pass through.  Just a thought.  

For me giving a number of references to a new girl is difficult because of how I "shop" in this hobby.  I don't get to book an appointment very often as time and budget dictate, and I latch on to a great girl and see her over and over again.  So when I search for a new girl it's because my ATF at the time has retired or disappeared.  So providing 2 references upon first contact with a new lady is difficult since I'll only have the 1 girl I've been seeing for a couple of years.  I can only go on my review history on TER or my Plus 3 on P411.  But even that gets difficult because 2 of the OK's are for girls that have no account anymore.  How is the new lady going to verify me?  

As far as the TER whitelist goes, I've found it difficult for providers to even follow through on giving me one.  I'll ask and they'll respond yes, but then I never get one.  That's the reason I only have one.  

In the old days, when I was only going to agencies, it seemed that the standard procedure was to provide a work number so that they would discretely verify I work there or check my voicemail greeting or something.  I was always fine giving that.  

But for those who ask for 2 references, I usually can only provide the one and then politely tell them that I'm willing to offer up any other form of verification information they desire.  Of course, if they go too far, then I'll politely decline, but that hasn't happened to me yet.  I understand that this is a risky business, and that's why I'm ultra cooperative during the verification phase.

Well put! As a provider it is hard screening, because alot of times guys are reluctant to give out personal info ect...and that's understandable. But on the flip side we just want to ensure our safety as well.

I will chime in with my $0.02 re: Ginger's screening.

I retired (a bit earlier than normal) over 5+ years ago.  I don't get out to play often and I've mostly seen FBM ladies, but, over the years have seen a few of our well known women in town (names withheld to protect the "innocent", but they partake on this board)...Providing two references would be challenging because the women I've seen might not be working any more, have gone silent, etc., or might be UTR and/or not well known.  Heck, I've even used a fairly well known woman based in Las Vegas as a reference because I've known her for MANY years, but I don't want to use her every time, seems to be a hassle for her.  Also, since I may have only seen a woman 1 time, asking her to serve as a reference a couple of months later doesn't make sense to me.  I'm a nice guy, but probably not that memorable...  BTW, I've been playing for over 20 years but many of my regular visits are no longer around ...

Anyways, I had wanted to see Ginger for some time and started the screening process.  I was able to provide info she requested, even though I was no longer working (you could google my name and former employer for some "dated" verification), but the process I went through with her was not too challenging and I was "approved" fairly quickly.  I'll leave the specifics out.  The visit was so great, I submitted a review about it.

Newbies, if you can make the women comfortable, there is hope for an appointment.  That being said, I don't blame them one bit for being overly cautious...
