I know that a lot of indies use assistants to book appointments, screen and all that but I hate it when ladies allow their assistants to send personal emails and pm's as if it was them.  I can understand that ladies would rather be making their $$$ but don't try to play me into thinking it is the lady in question when I can tell it's the assistant. If she doesn't have time to reply to emails, set-up an auto-reply. If you want to use pm's to let people know you are free, great, but say "this is so and so and I wanted to let you know that so and so has this availability." Don't act like you are trying to flirt with me when I can tell it isn't the lady I want to flirt with.

That's it. Like I said just a pet peeve!

It's just a thought .

Because I have worked on both sides of this industry, I can only say that sometimes ladies are quite shy about sending out emails/ speaking on the phone.
Sometimes ladies can be tigers in the bedroom and completely nervous and a bit shy about one on one communication before meeting..
It sounds crazy, I know..... but it can be a bit intimidating conversing in the beginning.
If its any consolation, assistants oftentimes get to live vicariously thru the providers they work for, so most enjoy ( I know I did) getting to flirt anonymously thru the girls they work for.
As for me, I meet no one that I dont get to speak to on the phone.
Chemistry is so important for me and I cant get a feel for YOU if I dont speak to you first.
Nothing is sexier to me than sexy dialogue on the phone....
