Anyone have any experience with a reliable agency in Tokyo providing non Japanese outcall service?

This is considered the most reputable agency by the local board. I used them for a Japanese woman but they usually have some European women in their lineup.

You might try going on line for Tokyo for a large international agency that handles mostly East European and Russian women. They probably have a local agency.  If you can't find it looking under Tokyo Escorts try some east European cities for the names of these large agencies.

Also you can Google Tokyo escorts and see what Europeans are advertising.  I'd use chrome for its translation function and get the Japanese .  .com code to see who's advertising.

they are illegal in most states except New York.  Although there popping up here they aren't being taught by real Japanese or Thai's from the orient.

The relevant source are the "soapland" enterprises, that provide nuru plus a lot more. I went to one recently (I'm still in Japan as I write this), and the experience was mind-blowing! Most are located in an area called Yoshiwara and many don't accept foreigners, but it's a "must" experience.

I have had similar massages in Bangkock in the 90's but I've wanted to try a Nuru by a Japanesse.  Would you find out if they take foriegners & price for 1hr nuru
