I'm finally taking one of those 'bucket list' trips.  

Will be in Sydney and Melbourne for Christmas and New Years. Could you share any personal recommendations on local providers? And specifically, for Dec 31. What's a great place to party the night away in Sydney? (The hotter the girls the better!)
