I'm 70, an occasional participant in this activity. My urologist recently diagnosed me with venous leakage, meaning blood flows into the penis upon arousal (natural or drug-aided), but begins to flow back out within 15 minutes or so. Obviously this is ineffective for intercourse. Anyone have any familiarity with this condition, and more importantly, solutions? Also, I'd like to hear from any providers who have experience in dealing with clients with this condition. Ejaculation is not affected; that still works. Thanks for any help.

so buy a few and try them out.  Some come in packs of 3 sizes...I like the lasso ones so that you have some flexibility to change the tightness.  One time with balls, the next time without etc etc.  Just recently tried SwingO and SlingO and liked them...my hobbyist too so ordered a bunch to have to share!

I agree that a caring, compassionate partner is key. There are times when a woman considers herself to be of service. At these times, her main goal is to give her partner some satisfaction. Her own pleasure is secondary, or unimportant.
