Wondering how you were diagnosed. What test confirtms a venous leakage?

Posted By: nysenior
I'm 70, an occasional participant in this activity. My urologist recently diagnosed me with venous leakage, meaning blood flows into the penis upon arousal (natural or drug-aided), but begins to flow back out within 15 minutes or so. Obviously this is ineffective for intercourse. Anyone have any familiarity with this condition, and more importantly, solutions? Also, I'd like to hear from any providers who have experience in dealing with clients with this condition. Ejaculation is not affected; that still works. Thanks for any help.

Sounds like that could be a solution.  Anyone care to comment pro or con ?

and an understanding and motivated partner!

Yep, sounds like the job for a cock ring. That's exactly what they do. They allow the blood to flow in, but makes it much more difficult to flow out.
I always use them all the time. I'm a lot younger, but due to an injury I need the help.
I have many different thicknesses and sizes. Because I have different needs on different days.
You can get a pack of 3 in different sizes.
And the beauty of seeing these professional ladies is that they are so used to accommodating these kind of challenges.

Have fun.

It doesn't matter whether you stay erect or not....the mouth still works :-)

from my verbal description of the problem.  He also recommended a cock ring and said there is one available with a "pimple" (slight, discrete raised bubble) on the inside.  The "pimple" should be place at the top center of the penis since that is where the vein is located and it puts some extra pressure directly on the vein.  I haven't looked diligently, but still have yet to find one.  This one from Amazon appeared to have potential.       https://www.amazon.com/California-Exotics-Pearl-Beaded-Prolong/dp/B002JINOG8?th=1&ascsubtag=214dcecc-46ec-4b4d-8912-37979f03d059&tag=rups-crings2016-20

If there's an adult store in your area, they should have some. Or just do an online search.

I've used a leather one with snaps- a nice BDSM look - and rubber/silicone stretchy ones, which come in different sizes and can be placed at various points, not just behind the cock and balls.

so buy a few and try them out.  Some come in packs of 3 sizes...I like the lasso ones so that you have some flexibility to change the tightness.  One time with balls, the next time without etc etc.  Just recently tried SwingO and SlingO and liked them...my hobbyist too so ordered a bunch to have to share!

Good point there's are so many and depends on what you like.

I agree that a caring, compassionate partner is key. There are times when a woman considers herself to be of service. At these times, her main goal is to give her partner some satisfaction. Her own pleasure is secondary, or unimportant.

The female condom that is available is called the FC2. It eliminates the need for an erection since the woman wears it. It may or not work, but it's worth a shot.

We we age, our bodies capacity for sex changes. A man who experiences ED is not a less sexual creature than he was before. He can learn to embrace his new sexuality. I have seen some older gents really appreciate FBSM for the first time because they stopped focusing so much on their erection. FBSM can be a fantastic, intimate experience. Connection can be the sexiest thing ever.

But seriously... 15 minutes is "ineffective?"   Ummmm... that's a pretty respectable length of time.
