Many of us have found a comfort zone on this board that we haven't seen anywhere else on the TER site.  We certainly welcome new participants, men and women,  who are ready to voice their different views in a respecful, polite and mature manner.  There is a reason why participation has been growing so rapidly over the past few weeks.
