I remembered this morning that when I was younger I wondered at what age my libido would decline. I read that most women turn off after menopause, which may or may not be true. Anyway, I'm still going strong in my mid 60's, but suspect that is not the case with my golf buddies and other men I see. It's nice to have this Board to feel I'm not not alone. I dont think you have anything to worry about as far as your libido dropping at a certain age! I think its personal for each guy. I had a client a couple yrs back that was 92. A week after I saw him, I got a ref request. Same thing the week after! LOL!! As far as I know, hes STILL going strong!

I think many women in a long term relationship fall by the wayside when it comes to sex and so do some men. The mundane comes to mind or possibly the passive. Neither wants to disturb the other, it takes to much energy or it's just the same old thing. The old saying "move it or lose it" can easily be applied to sex. At least this has been my experience with newbie older men who become tigers after a few times and are ready to relax and enjoy themselves. If your friends knew the places you have been you would be the talk of your golf group.

When I was 20 I thought anybody 60 or older had a foot in the grave. When I was 30 I fucked like a rabbit with not much attention to feelings or quality. When I was 40 I was totally into my career. When I was 50 I began to mellow out and kind of put passion down lower on the priory list. When I hit 60 I was calm, unafraid, finished with career climbing and looking for passion. My libido came back like a roaring tiger except I appreciated companionship, intimacy and fun more than ever before. At 63 I am fit as a fiddle, happy, confident and very appreciative of all that life has to offer. My SO and my lady friends, most of whom are between 40 and 60s, see that in me and it makes all these relationships just hum. If I could go back in time, I'd visit myself at 20 - 30 and slap myself silly until I realized how good things could get.
