Yes, please go see this sweet film at your local artsy-artsy cinema.  It is NOT just a couple of old guys bemoaning the sorrows of the past; it IS however the best role my man Harvey Keitel has had in years, and it features Rachel Weisz and Miss Universe --Holy Shit-- and many other fine thespians just acting their little hearts out  plus all kinds of beautiful Felliniesque visuals and blah blah........  BTW, Jane Fonda has only one or two scenes, but she shows some real BALLS in this picture... Go see it....  PS you will love the cow cantata...

I was barely a teenager when the war ended.  But I have nothing but respect for the people who served and I know enough history to know what she did.  Personally, I thought she should have been charged with treason.  An apology just doesn't cut it.

Japanese soldier was fighting for honor and his country and can surrender.    A traitor  should be put to death.   Quickly with the old war justice by firing squad.    Today the soldier is not respected and the politician pulls the strings not the generals.     The Japanese and Germans paid their debts and are our closest friends.   Not so the traitors of the world.    There are present day traitors I will not name.

I think I saw her apologize for that in the last few years..   I figure she was young & hot had no idea what the Hell was going on.. I don't forgive her.. but I have moved on.. I lost 13 good friends over there.. so it is still pretty personal.. but I don't blame anyone who went to Canada at all..

She has the advantages of good genes, make up and enough money for high quality work. As she walked to her seat she had to put a hand on his desk, a few times, to steady herself. She said she was 78, I would do her.  

My upper end remains a 75 year old swinger at Desire in 2014. Like Jane she has money for high quality work. We stay in touch. Nice lady.
