Big Pap, I am thinking the patent expires in 2020 but there was an agreement to where on 12\11 Teva Pharmaceuticals is allowed to release a generic version of the drug. That is why they are not doing anymore commercials around football games anymore. In fact I am thinking stateside Pfizer won't make 900,000 dollars on the product this year. The end is near. Keep your ear to the ground for any layoffs or cuts from Pfizer in the next year and a half.
My health insurance over covers enough meds for about 2 months ($1,000 per year) and I have tried all kinds of websites to get inexpensive meds, usually with horrible luck and certainly very inconsistent quality if they do work. Was not even looking for a place while browsing one of the news apps on my ipad when I saw an ad that caught my attention because they are right here in US. https://www.getroman.com/
So, I go onto their website, read what they are about and ordered. They have an online DR who, after you fill out the questionaire they followed up with some additional questions about my diabetes. Great QUICK communication via the messaging on their website. Within a couple hours, DR approved me and although I asked for 100MG Sildenafil, the DR wanted me to start with 60MG. So, I ordered yesterday and received TODAY....for the 60mg dose, they give you 3 pills of 20mg each.
I received 3 month supply, which is actually 90 pills of 20mg for a total cost of $235.00!! $2.60 per pill. I took one pill 2 hours ago and 1 pill worked very very well for me. Could not be happier so I thought I would share such a positive experience for a change.

as keystonekid says, GoodRx is way cheaper. I had my Dr send a Rx to my local pharmacy, went to GoodRx and found the coupon, and used it to get 30 pills of 20mg for $19.95.
