Both of these are injectables which you use to achieve a fairly immediate erection. Depending upon the dosage and your particular response you will have a solid (pun intended) erection for 2 plus hours. The advantages are none of the side effects that go hand in hand with the oral EDF drugs such as Viagra. The main disadvantage is that you can't be squimish about sticking a needle into your dick. Actually, it's not that bad and can really be painless. Since this is a true RX item you can't really order it online. Find a urologist who also treats ED and just say you'd like to go this route. I've been doing it for 10 plus years and can't say enough about it as far as how successfully it works, not to say how it gives your ego a big jolt. Thank you everyone for all your help. I have learned more around here than with my advanced degrees. I am acutely aware of the compounding of trimix as well PGE. I am trying to find a doctor that prescribes to. My insurance plan screwed up and it has been unavailable for months. I recall a group called Boston Men's Health or something like that. I got trimix there and I got boners so strong I could have used it as a deadly weapon. (An Aside: Could I have been arrested for carrying a concealed deadly weapon, Just saying) Does anyone know of such a place. BYW. To the guy who asked what trimix was. It is not a dumb question. Trimix is an injectable (sorry for the spelling) mixture of 3 different medications. I don't recall the other 2 meds but one is PGE. The prescription has to be sent to a compounding pharmacy to mix the meds. It must be keep refrigerated. About the injection: At first I said what!! No one is going to put a needle in my dick too painful. Well, it is not too painful the way I did it. I got 100 cc syringes and an auto injector (Important) Lock and load it, place it at the proper place, and fire. It's over.

I put a small fridge in the garage with all my drinks in it. (Soda, V/8, beer ect.) Way in the back I keep all my tr-mix supply's in a fake diet soda can. Works great and I keep it cleaned out very well so she doesn't decide to clean it sometime. Good luck
