Had greenlight laser surgery on my prostate in June and it really has been incredible! Peeing like a 25 year old, very little post-op bleeding, quick recovery and I’m back to my active lifestyle. Only one negative - the dreaded retrograde ejaculation. Which has me wondering - is there anyone out there in the same boat who’s actually discussed the subject with a provider? And while COF/CIM/COT/CO anywhere is off the table, are other things now on - like BBBJ until O??? Just interested to hear if anyone has discussed with a provider and what their response was.

I have had clients discuss this with me, I also had a client I saw before and after surgery who explained a lot of his experience.  

I just want to ensure my partner is having a good time and whatever that experience looks like for them is key. Communication definitely helps achieve that goal.
