Have any of the mongers taken stills or videos with the permission of the providers and did they require additional contribution? Also, have you done the same with SO or non-pros?  
For the ladies would you ever do agree to filming the action.
I realize this would be very risky for most but I'm curious. I doubt I would go to a professional studio that will film me with a  pro model.

Yes I take pic's most of the time. All the good stuff too. I just  ask and if they say no I won't push the issue. But for the most part they will say yes. I think they like the attention. Just ask,  the worst thing that can happen is they might say no.

I do the same thing and get about 40- 50% positive response. My promise to them is that I will show them to no one w/o their permission.

One of my favorites insisted only that we use her phone, then she'd send me the ones she wanted me to have.

That sounds like a fair deal.

As mentioned before, just ask nicely, if they so no, NBD.  And never paid for It or mentioned it in the review.
