but the over-40 providers I’ve seen have almost always had accurate photos.  The cases where the photos didn’t match the provider’s weight were with providers in their 20s and 30s. The worst case for me recently was a late 20s provider whose photos made her look like a fitness model.  But when I met her she’d gained a lot of weight.  She explained she couldn’t work out as much during the pandemic but was going back to the gym soon. She didn’t look bad—she’s tall and carried the extra weight well. Just didn’t look at all like her photos. I understand the Covid weight gain, happened to lots of people, but she should have taken new pics. But I had a good time and saw her again a few months later, and it was clear she had been spending a lot of time in the gym since I first met her.

On one hand, your first sentence is too broad and too vague to give a simple answer. If, I'm the other hand, you're specifically asking about older providers' photos being recent or old and whether or not they were accurate once I saw the women in person, that's also a wide range of answers that includes similar experiences with both young and old.  

Not every older provider I've seen has had recent photos posted, not even one of them has had old photos posted. Not every older provider I've seen has been of the same weight shown in her photos, nor has every older provider I've seen been of a different weight shown in her photos.  

There has been no general trend either way.

My experience is that older providers usually have semi-recent photos that accurately show what they look like. They don't want to have potential client show up and then turn around and leave when the door opens. However, I am mostly into petite Asian providers who are on the young side, so I don't have a lot of experience with older women.

I don't think most photos are 100% honest.  So it's a matter of degree.  I expect most inaccuracy will be along weight and wrinkles.
