Good bless him!  I do hate the word "Prostitute"  Demeans both provider and, well in this case a fellow who is not a Grumpy Old Man.....

I remember reading about some people being kicked out of a retirement home for having anorgy for someone's 80th birhday!  My thought was, good for them and then thought there's hope for me!

A man is outcast for wanting sex.  Aging is just one more stereotype that we have to overcome.

The few times I've been to nursing homes, they seemed pretty much like concentration camps. Some way to treat the aging, who in olden times were venerated and respected. Since hedonism and materialism is the highest our society aims to, then I think the elderly should have free access to drugs, prostitutes, euthanasia, or whatever else they want. With the cost of nursing care, they could afford those things, but instead are stuck in a prison-like existence, quietly wishing to die.

he is neither a patient nor a prisoner, he is a RESIDENT, and as such is entitled to have whomever he wishes as a visitor and is entitled to his privacy, even there!  Why would he need to hide her?

Found a story in the news of a gentleman in a nursing home who was found hiding a prostitute under his bed!!  
   
 Proof that life is indeed stranger than fiction.  Gotta love it!
