There's been a lot on this board about ejaculatory issues, and I have contributed to the dialog and commiserated. I've been on both Proscar and Flomax (aka, in generic form, finasteride and tamsulosin).  I was never sure which one was the culprit in causing retrograde ejaculation. I recently had issues with my tamsulosin prescription and was off it for a few days. Meanwhile, I had an encounter and Eureka!, there it was.......not like the old days, but not nothing either. I thought I would pass this on in case you process and react to the tamsulosin as I apparently do.

So that I've been off the Tamsulosine at least 18 hours before the big event. Works well for me.
