If the 60 And Over Board is going to have 2 photo threads per week, then I say yes to comments on this board as well.

Either way it's fun as long as it doesn't get crazy with too many photo threads here.

I don't think there should be comments under posts. I like the idea of the separate post to thank the ladies.

I have noticed some comments under ladies pictures and wanted to get a feel of how others feel. In the past on the Florida board there was much talk about what it does to the thread and how it could make some ladies not want to post because one or more ladies get more attention. Our last photo day I asked one gentleman to start a thread to thank the ladies for their participation.

On the Florida Board today they took a poll to see how others felt about this subject.

A simple yes or no to this question will work

Do you want gentlemen to post under ladies pictures ? It does interrupt that beautiful Flat view of nothing but feminine skin

I like to think that they post for us. We like to express our admiration and appreciation.

It also does not push the original thread down the page.

The comments on the photo threads are a non issue to me. It was decided on the Atlanta board that there would be no comments. Since the mod is gone don't know how that will work now. I liked that as I could use the flat mode of viewing and scroll down the pictures. If comments are posted you can still use the flat mode as usually the comments are under the individual lady's photo and they all come out at the bottom in flat mode after you have gone through all the pictures.
If your asking for my preference though, I say No comments. Let us do a separate thread for the thank you etc. comments like we have done.

The gals get to see what works and what doesn't, and we guys get to see better photos.

.....We’ve done this in the past on other boards and it just messes up the board. Guys & Gals abuse it. Guys shill for their favs…hoping their callouts will be rewarded w/sum free xtra time, or ladies PM them w/deals as well. BFF Ladies bantering back & forth trolling the waters w/there chum baiting the horny saps out there, lol…….there’s a lot of politics out there & way too many people who abuse it, some people also just want to see their name in “lights”!

If you luv the pic the lady posted, just PM her or email her, no need for drawn out conversations on the Theme Day Thread….it just muddies it up….let’s just  look @ the pix!  We have Provider Friday for all the shouts to the ladies, comments on their pix when you nominate them. Want to start a discussion…..start a new thread on it, just not a theme day thread! No Shills Outs needed!

I love to post under my favorite gals pics.  BUT, I certainally dont want to have a lady I dont know that well to be offended.  

I like to call these photo threads Art Gallerys.  No talking in the Art Galliery!!!  

I do so love the pics ALL the ladies post and I dont want ANY of them to feel left out.

I vote no comments for the joy of all. I can always PM them, cant I?

I think the guys can pm or send a message..or maybe even they post under the pics and ads all the time and it is enough already

PMs are a better way of complimenting a lady's photo

I think I am leaning towards yes.  But you make a good point.  Some ladies may feel slighted if they do not receive a comment.  I guess in an effort to be more considerate towards all the ladies who are posting, then a separate thread is a good idea.

On the flip side, I really enjoy reading the posts the guys make under the ladies' pics.  Even if one is not made under my photo.  I still enjoy reading the others.  I never gave it much thought to be honest with you.  But I do see your point.  

Final answer: Yes.  I think the guys should post under the pics if they want to.

well, I feel that the main reason the ladies post these pics is for our (Guys) enjoyment. And the very least we can do is to let them know how much we enjoy seeing them. I say if you want to give the ladies compliments whats it gonna hurt? This board is different than others . These seperate threads have already been done each time the ladies posted pics here. And as stated by some of the ladies they appreciated the accolades.
