Post surgery, I have no choice at this time. I use it with a pump to get and maintail an erection. My surgery was not that long ago, anyway, it helps maintain an errection. I still climax and it takes a little longer, (a good thing) and I maintain an errection longer (also a good thing). I had a great Lady with a wonderful bedside manner my first time that made all the difference in the world. The important thing is the fit, it needs to be tight otherwise you will deflate after climax as you normally would without the ring.   Hope this helps.

cock rings help maintain an erection but if you overuse them or go longer than 30 min or so you could injure yourself so be careful.

There is a company called "Rejoyn" that manufactures a surgical rubber penile constriction ring with an applicator.  It comes in various sizes.  It works well, constricting the veins in the penis, and preventing blood flow out.  It allows you to maintain a very hard erection until you ejaculate.  The, as your penis returns to its flacid state, it is easily slipped off.

I have used the rings with a vibrator attached for massaging the clit. they feel pretty good but I have been told that  the  vibrator isn't strong enough to get the proper effects on the clit So haven't used a ring for a while. if she doesn't enjoy it  neither will I.
