Dear Over 60 Reader,  
 I think that today being Independence Day it's appropriate for us to be thinking about sexual independence and how culturally stifled we are here in America.  Compared to accepted practices in certain foreign lands, the USA really is backwards in so many ways.  I simply cannot understand why sex work is against the law.  There's no valid reason that consenting adults should not be allowed to do whatever they choose, for whatever reason they choose.  What happened to liberty and justice for all?  
   
 I think there's a lot more "underground" sexual activity going on in this country than anyone knows about.  Like you and me, Dear Reader, most hobbyists do not advertise their activities.  Nor do most people who participate in swingers clubs or polyamory or any other form of "non standard' sexual behavior.  There's way more of us out there than you might think!  
   
 I see the biggest change in values in the attitudes of the young females I get to play with.  The girls you and I grew up with were the first generation of women in human history to have control over their own fertility. With that huge change, they had the potential freedom to do as they please sexually. But they were brought up to believe that sex is dirty and that nice girls don't do that. They internalized these poisonous attitudes and have had to struggle against them their entire lives. Some of them never did try to free themselves from that upbringing. But many of them have admirably gone beyond these outdated ideas and have become liberated, powerful women as adults.  But old attitudes and childhood training die hard.  Even these liberated women often struggle all their lives to enjoy sex fully.  
   
 But many of the young women today don't need to be liberated, at least not sexually, because they never received that early negative brainwashing against sex.   They love their bodies, they think pleasure is their natural right, and they have no inhibitions about enjoying and sharing that pleasure with others.  I call them post-liberated women.  
   
 A good example is my current favorite playmate, a lovely little 23yo cutie.  She's adorable, smart as can be, a fitness freak, and a total sex fiend! She avows that being a slut is something she's proud of and is just as much an inherent part of her nature as her height and weight.  I'm so thrilled to have her in my life!  
   
 Another example is a 21yo I met for our second date just yesterday.  She messaged me first.  She suggested the date and time of our dates.  She is very vocal and explicit about what she wants in bed. She's absolutely uninhibited about asking for what she wants and getting it.  That is so unlike the girls  we grew up with.  
   
 Here in America there's a suspicion about old/young relationships, so it can be uncomfortable going out in public with a young lady.   But that suspicion is more common in the older generation than the young.  Many post-liberated young females don't give a shit about a guy's age.  Or if they do, they actually prefer us older guys because we have our shit together and know how to treat a woman right.  
   
 So I feel like a kid in a candy store!  I never had the sexual variety I craved so desperately when I was younger and which I needed for my sanity and peace of mind until, at the age of 55, I discovered TER.  Since then I've been making up for lost time in a big way.  
   
 Attitudes about social issues are changing fast.  Maybe we'll live to see the day when consenting adults can do as they please without fear. As for me, I never imagined in a million years that I would be having the time of my life at this age!  Happy Independence day to all my friends on TER.
