As I continue to age (now over 70), I continue to search for new adventures.  I no longer try full performance, even with viagara I find it difficult to maintain full erection.  No problem in reaching climax, but I've switched to FBSM sometimes with an oral experience to achieving success.  I've found I enjoy a good hand job with a prostrate massage.  Beginning to think about 2017 and what lies ahead.  I am fortunate to having an array of choices in my area.  What are others thinking about?  Sure haven't lost the desire for beautiful women of all ages and love the female form.

Hoping to do more traveling in 2017, since I'm currently semi-retired and have more free time now.  Of course, that also means seeing some new provider during my travels.  I turned 60 earlier this year, so as long as no health issue arise next year, it's business as usual in regards to the hobby.

I've decided to go the route of known quality vs. variety.  After seeing many providers over the last few years, I've realized that two of them stand out amongst all others I've met.  One is my long-time ATF, and another is a 50-something young lass    with whom I would like to spend a lot more time going forward. So I plan on seeing the two of them as often as I can, since it's possible either or both of them could retire in the not too distant future.  Maybe get them together for a duo.

Lofty goals.  However I am not sure distance running is all that hot for overall health.  

I find myself working almost every week end, needing to come in on days off, needing to work at home (married to a women I still find sexy who does the same.) I have given up my regular exercise routine a few years ago AND, worst of all I don't use mu kayak except for  few short weeks in the summer.  I want to find a good place for the boat when I can spend a few hours on the water almost every week no matter the weather.  All this means letting go professionally a bit, but it is hard.  
That is what I would like to do..  
Finally with a little more time I would like to keep up more regular contact with a few of the most wonderful ladies I have met this year.

In the marathon in March I am running a relay with my 4  kids
So I am only running 6 mile

and less on work. In other words, shift the work life balance to more of a life work balance.

I've been of a mindset into my 60's to remain fit, but in recent months have found myself on the unpleasant end of overdoing it regards exercise, with painful elbow tendinitis, followed by calf muscle strains in both legs.  I'm healing and I've no intention of giving up exercise, so going into the new year I hope to find the right balance/intensity of workout that allows me to reach my fitness goals, while avoiding the discomfort of biting off more than I should chew.  And so looking forward to continued visits with cherished favorites and maybe meeting a few new faces along the way too.

I've switched over to Cialis with great results.  
Have also watched sugar and alcohol intake a little closer. Making a huge difference.  
And finally bought testosterone supplements from Amazon. Can see the difference after a few weeks.

...in 2016 I realized there was no sense in chasing after everyone in a skirt and started re-visting my favorite companions.  It was a good move.

...my plan is to start the new year with a visit with two of the most awesome ladies in my area.  I figure since I'm over the hill I'll just pick up speed on the way down.

... and intend to step it up in 2017, including some fairly serious strength training, as well as continuing to watch what I eat.  Also need to rethink my schedule so I get a decent amount of sleep.  All this is for general health, getting the cholesterol down (I hope) without resorting to meds, and for keeping fit for the daily caretaking I do at home; but of course I'm hoping it has an effect in bed as well.

I guess the business is more mobile than a few years  ago.  I look at my "okays" and so many are gone.  I like to think they gave up trying to reach the level I gave them and just quit.  Maybe joined the monastery!!!!  As I get older I find there's more talking in my two hours than there used to be, but I enjoy it non the less.  I would love to find a young lass with great legs, all natural breasticles, and a deep desire to make Santa happy!!

I plan to revisit more of my favorite lady's from the past few years unless someone exotic comes into town.  I find meeting new ladies to be hit or miss especially the ones under 30.  Just me, but I like the comfortable feel of repeat visits especially with ladies in their 30's, 40's and one in her 50's

Maybe I'll start a custom line that works for both. A line of exercise stands that easily convert  BDSM equipment. In a stealthy way so when visitors stop by there is no embarrassing questions to answer. Sell them for cash and increase my Hobby budget.
