New Beta Site.  My question is why? Is there new functionality? I could not tell. Is it a purely cosmetic change?  Is there some reason the current version is no longer viable?  I'm at a point in my life where I detest changes for change sake.

It was hard to use and not intuitive.  I left as quickly as I could.  I hope TER will do what they did when they changed from the original format to the current one.  Both were left up and the original was known as "Classic TER."  It was only a year or so ago they got rid of Classic and the current version has been with us since around 2010.

I tried it yesterday and didn't care for it......if forced to use it....of course....but.......is there a don't like button somewhere ???

did not like it.  It does not seem very user friendly.  It took me a while to get used to this version when it was introduced.  Why change again?????

Glad I'm not the only who feels this way. It seems like change for change sake. Not very intuitive or easy to use. It's web design run amuck with zero user experience factored in.

When I am in the New Reviews section and want to see reviews in my city (NY) the instructions are to select a city from the drop down box. That function doesn't work. There is no drop down box. When I enter NY, NY there are no results. WTF. Useless until it is fixed

...problem with Atlanta. No drop down, but when I started typing out Atlanta it auto filled and worked fine. I agree the directions need fixing.

...things. Click on the little circle with the i in it that's just to the right of the box you would type the location in. It will give instructions. The other thing is type out New York as I said before and a drop down will appear with a list of New York locations.

...what a fucking pain in the ass. First I had to delete the default city (city on my cc). Then as I began typing New York a selection list of cities beginning with "N" appeared. I chose "New York City - Manhattan, NY". Assinine. The only good news is that entry is saved as my default city.

This site is used for information, not blitz and glitz!  "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and the old site works just fine!  I hated the beta mobile and fortunately was able to find the link to go back to the old site.

Well it seems we are stuck with the new format since it opens automatically and there doesn't seem to be a way to navigate to the old format.
ONE CHANGE I did notice is that in the "Top 100" section (under the "Reviews" tab) the ratings now include the PROVIDER'S CITY and not necessarily where the reviewer visited them. For instance, I just visited and reviewed a provider in AZ but she was traveling and it lists her city, which is not in AZ. The old system would show the city of the visit; not the provider's city.  Good or bad? You tell me!
