I have been reading that flomax may contribute to dry orgasms and/or lower sperm semen, but the latter happens anyway when you age.

Tricky, and do you count masturbation too? At home, it is once a week at best with sex or masturbation. I don't use escorts at home, so I do trips to Mexico instead. Getting there is half the fun, its's crossing the finish line which tends to be a issue for me. At 64,  Getting and holding a a firm hard on can be a issue at times, a semi is not so bad for me however some partners look at it in a negative way.

I've printed out brief explanations in Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean on paper and will show it to the provider.  I go to WebMD and cut & paste the explanation in English before I do the translation.  Showing her the small surgical scars helps, too.

Be aware that if you have BPH and are on any muscle relaxers for the prostate like Tamsulosin, sold under brand names like Flomax, it causes retrograde ejacuation and dry orgasms. If that's the case, I have found that abstaining from it the day before helps, so orgasms are close to normal.

I had surgery for prostate cancer some years ago.   A great surgeon did a great job.  With no prostate, there is no semen.   But I could still have something of a climax and still had the desire.   Plus a pill.   When I got involved with a local gal, we found a passion in each other.  After the first time I explained my problem.  No semen.  She said some words that still ring in my ear.  "That is a feature.  I never really liked the taste and there is nothing to clean up after."  What a wonderful thought.  We have had many encounters since.
