I'm in the same boat more or less, I had the biopsy done and do have prostate cancer along with BPH, they gave me Terazosin and that sort of helped, now were adding  Tamsulosin to it.  I'm waiting on the pills so don't know.  I will be very interested to look this up and to see if anyone chimes in with more info.

I am alone so if I go it's not a big loss to anyone close like a wife would be and after reading on having the prostate removed, no thank you.

I'm hope that for Xmas I can find a special provider that is interested in those of us with special needs. I have a hair trigger so that take the fun out of a session.

main effect of BPH is frequent urination which leads to interrupted sleep which leads to more bad stuff.  Dr says Urolift solves this problem virtually risk free by reopening the urethra.  It's relatively new so looking for reviews of results

Cialis has been approved for the treatment of BPH and has other good side effects ;)

Hope you don't mind me jumping in but I have viagra but one needs stimulation along with it and while I have a hair trigger there couple of times I tried it, the hair trigger was still there and disappointing not only to her but think of how I felt.

It's been awhile as I have to save for my hobby time and I'm fine with that but my short time regular I found out would let give oral but said she really found it to intense and would rather not.  I don't blame her, if you don't enjoy ask not to do it.  But I happen to love it.

Seems like opening a blocked artery, also I see Medicare and Medicaid are paying for it but I don't see anything on the downside yet.  I thank you for bringing it up, I use the V.A. and they don't always do the newer stuff.  Please pass on any info you may come across.
