After I could not keep it hard long enough to finish. Pills did not help enough. I I'd not try the vacuum and ring. Talked with my urologist. Had an inflateable implant installed. Have not found a lady yet that has any problem with my inflateable cock. Many have already seen or know about inflation systems. You have got some great advice above.
