I had surgery for prostate cancer four months ago and, although I'm otherwise fully recovered, my doctor tells me it will be at least a few more months before I get full erections again.  I do still have orgasms which feel just as great as ever, but I don't ejaculate and can only have an erection sufficient for FS with a vacuum pump and a cock ring.

I'm looking for an understanding provider in the Washington, DC metro area on Friday, September 21 with great reviews, great oral skills, and experience with (or enthusiastic willingness to learn) BBBJ with men in my situation followed by pump assisted FS and possibly BBJCIM (dry). After I could not keep it hard long enough to finish. Pills did not help enough. I I'd not try the vacuum and ring. Talked with my urologist. Had an inflateable implant installed. Have not found a lady yet that has any problem with my inflateable cock.
Many have already seen or know about inflation systems.
You have got some great advice above. Just talk to someone you have already been with. I am sure they will understand.
BTW I really like my inflation system. My insureance picked up the bill.

I understand and hopefully you can find someone like I did that was understanding. I am hoping that one day my erections will return, as I had nerve sparing surgery. But the nerves still are not cooperating. Viagra does not seem to work either. What did work was getting injection therapy with something called bi-mix. It gives me a hard-on for an hour or two depending on how much I use and how fresh it is. My Urologist perscribed it for me 4 months after my surgery. You just go into the bathroom to freshen up and inject your dick. 10 mins later after some kissing and BBBJ's you are an amazing stud muffin.
