First, assess your nutrition and exercise status. Eating more healthily (less salt, sugar, fat, more fruits and vegetables and good hydration really can help.)
Next, consider vitamin V (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) as a means to get your wood back.
Finally, consider seeing gals who are true practitioners of tantra sexual techniques. These are guided to enhancing the eroticism of the experience and can be very effective.
I'm 68 and started to notice a decline about 10 years ago, but using these techniques has really had a positive impact.
Best of luck to you.
Obviously NONE of us are qualified to give you specific advice on how to adjust your meds, but the advice to check with your urologist is sound.
Anti depressants and prostate meds are BOTH known for wreaking havoc "down there" You'd be surprised what a very small adjustment in those meds may do for you. Good luck.
mrfisher is right: eat less salt, sugar, salt, flour, potatoes, red meat. Eat more vegetables, fruit, fish, chicken.
Exercise: walk, get an e-bike and ride, do yoga (hot milfs in yoga pants is a side benefit), or Vietnamese longevity stretching exercises.
(I asked my longevity stretching exercise how this helped in increasing longevity. After listing a number of benefits, she said "And if someone tries to rob you and you cannot run away, you can use some of these moves to defend yourself." (Go to the kick movements at about 25 minutes into the video.)
I have tried tantra sexual techniques - effectiveness depends on the teacher.
Generic Viagra really helps. I get the 20 mg. tablets and take 3 or 4 depending on how I feel.
Anti-depressants are a real boner killer. What I do is NOT recommended by any physicians, but they are not 70. When I have a date I take only half of my anti-depressant dose that morning. I take the rest after the date.
And try not to jerk off.
Good luck!
