It's excellent that you adhere to
proper nutrition and weight control!
Arthritis and RA is ultra sensitive to
climate, environmental factors, chemicals,
medications, foods, weight management
and body-misalignment.
I've suffered Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid
and Osteoporosis Arthritis since my
late teens.
It's an awful, hereditary malady.
Some days I can't walk, nor function
and I'm now in my forties.
I've simply learned to live through this
life-long suffering;
However, extremely thankful for "Life",
"Limbs", Liberty, P4P and E.M.S.! π
I was a Competitive, long distance,
Cross-Country runner from an early
age, until six years ago.
I was also a life-long "gym rat";
Lifting weights, when I could muster
the strength, was a "Circulatory" bonus.
I found, if I don't move, my body
freezes-up like an unlubricated bicycle
chain. ( Sounds familiar no? )
I simply push through the pain with
thousands of hours ( literally ) of costly
Physical Therapy and countless,
excruciating, Cortisone injections; feet,
knees, back, neck, sometimes hands.
Quite frankly, I happened upon P4P,
as a means to afford extraneous,
exhobitant therapies to seek relief!
Five years ago I had bi-lateral knee replacement; it hasn't helped.
Unfortunately, thereafter, woe betide,
a severe spine injury;
The weight gain ensued from Steroids
increased appetite and inactivity.
( π« No Bueno!! )
My only saviour is:
- Consistent Massage
- Epsom Salt tepid baths at night
- Cold daily showers - morning, prior-to
& thereafter, a Rendezvous.
( Sex assists with those necessary,
"feel-good" endorphins )
- High pillows to nightly-elevate
knees/legs lessening edema
- Glucosamine/Chondroitin
- E.M.S. π
- ( BJ's help too I'm told ) π―

There's now an "In-Home" portable,
which I use daily; it HELPS!
