About your profile, if you have at least one review here on TER you will have a profile. Here's how to search for it. 1. Click on the “Reviews” tab at the top of the page.2. Click the search reviews link
3. Scroll down to "Provider's Contact Information". Enter your information there then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the large "Search" button. Use the name you go by as a provider not your TER handle. The results of your search will come up with provider names listed on the left. If you have a profile you should be able to find your provider name listed there.
4. Click on your name and you'll be taken to your profile. About correcting your profile. There are 5 buttons across the profile page just under the provider's name. The report a problem button is 4th from the left. You can click that and ask TER to correct things on your profile but that is for quick, simple fixes. If you have a lot that needs changing e-mail them using the e-mail you gave when you joined TER. Their e-mail address is [email protected]. E-mailing them is the best way to take care of more involved changes to your profile. If you have a profile I also recommend you have TER link your TER handle (cyndilynn35) to your profile. This accomplishes 3 things. One, a link will be placed under your user name any time you post on any TER message board. It will say “See my TER Reviews”. It is in teal colored font and when anyone clicks on it they are taken directly to the provider’s profile and reviews. This way any one interested in knowing about you can find your info easily and quickly. Your provider name will be on your profile. Two, you will be given access to your reviews and will be able to see them in their entirety and all the info on your profile. Three, you will be able to access the PM system on TER and communicate with other TER VIP members. This is a limited VIP membership however in that you will not be able to read the reviews of other providers or see their profile info. There are some other restrictions but I don’t know what they are. If you want the full VIP access to everything you have to pay for it. I know many providers do. How to request the Free Limited Provider VIP Membership?
Contact TER admin using the e-mail you signed up with. Their address is [email protected]. Tell them your provider name and give them your TER provider ID#. It's on the upper left of your profile if you have one. (This is the ID number TER assigned you when your first reviewer created your profile along with his review.) Ask that they link your user name/handle (cyndilynn35) with your profile and request the free limited Provider VIP membership
Can someone tell me where the guidelines are for posting an ad on ad board. I cant seem to find this. I posted an ad and it was not allowed so wondering what I am not doing right.
Also I believe I have a profile on here, any way to edit it, fill it out?

Link is under the life preserver at top of page. If you have been reviewed, you have a profile, if not, you will get one as soon as someone posts a review of you. The only way to edit it is to submit problem reports.
