Here is a link to a prior thread on the topic. Apparently it is kind of a "limbo" area between providers with profiles and "delisted" providers. If you looked at any of the profiles under that listing you will notice they kind of have a half profile and no reviews.

I noticed there is a section that says "Provider with something to Hide" and it lists several pages on providers.

What's that all about?
