I went and did a search on the reviews and clicked on that option.

it gave me provider's TER ID profile but it didnt let me see any reviews or who reviewed them although it did say that the provider had several reviews.  

Maybe these are providers who requested their profiles be taken off TER for whatever reason.  That would be my guess anyway.

with the last "TER shakeup." I remeber a lot of discussion about it, but I don't know if anyone ever figured out what it was supposed to be. I thought they got rid of it but I guess it is still there. The other one that popped up at the same time was the "classic reviews." The heading is still there under search options but there is nothing there when you click on it. There was a big uproar over the classic reviews and they listened and got rid of it. The page says they are updating it or something. The problem was that classic reviews included reviews of providers who had passed away, and providers who retired, some due to stalking, outing, child custody, and such things.

I put this review up, but
someone told her about
and she joined TER, read
it, sent an email and had
it taken down,  and TER
put her in that section.
