There is a profile for an ‘Ayala’ in CA but it is hard to determine if this is the same lady – no phone# match and the description is a little off – reviews are mixed but the more recent ones are pretty good:

If anyone has more recent or additional 411 it would certainly be helpful.
There are several ways to capture a specific URL from her ad but whenever you get one that isn’t specific (usually this means one without some sort of reference to a name or id#) you need to keep trying. My preferred way is to right click on your screen anywhere but a photo and you should get a menu. Select the item at or near the bottom titled ‘Properties’. This should bring up the Properties dialogue box. Click on the URL in the address field and copy the URL into your reply. If you are putting it into TER’s ‘link URL’ box you will need to be sure to eliminate the double http:// or only select the URL after the http:// when copying it.
Another way is provided by Eros – there is a ‘Click to create a direct link’ button at the bottom of the ad. This will bring up a dialogue box with the specific URL – you can also copy it from there. Even though it has fewer steps I don’t use this method very often because it can only be accessed from the bottom of the ad and often the complete URL doesn’t show in the box. Even though when highlighted for copying you should get all the URL it just bothers me that I can’t see it.
Did you know that left clicking on the photo below would take you to the related link automatically (cute smile but you’ll have to go to the ad to find it)?

That's her. As you will see from her profile, she uses many names. Her reputation is spotty, as you will see from the early reviews. When she posts on CL, someone almost always replies with a post that she is a ROB. The latter reviews seem to contradict that, so it may be just one guy with a chip on his shoulder.
Many stating that she runs with a gang of other asian TS providers who steal from the clients.
The only contact I had from her was over a year ago on yahoo msgr when she first started escorting. She advertised as a TS but denied it on IM so I just didn't bother.
My opinion is that anyone that keeps changing their name from city to city is not a good sign.
I saw Ayala (aka Mariah)when she visited Vegas about a month ago. I submitted a review but it was refused. The reason: "provider was delisted" although her old reviews are still up.
I gave her a 9 on both looks and service. She is gorgeous with silky smooth, very feminine skin. I think her looks must have improved over time as the hormones kicked in.
