It's not stupid, it's good advertising.
Does anyone else here find it stupid when providers sign their board messages with "licks", "slurps", or "licks and slurps"? I know the intent is to be cute, but it's just dumb.

Nothing wrong with sound effects. Oral with sound is tough to beat.
