I think there should be a rating system on how well a provider speaks English. Since, there are alot of agency that has proviers that barely speak English, which causes a communication barrier. Just a thought.

And not just a couple of numbers. So my thought is "read the whole review". Or what comes next, numerical ratings instead of just yes/no on the various "services provided"?
