Ok, so how would you prevent the reviewer from registering under a different username and writing other fake reviews? You've told me you don't restrict access to a single username per IP address, so what's to stop someone that may have an agenda from registering with 4 or 5 or 6 names and just having a blast making life miserable for people? Do you have some other way to stop that?
If not, then a ban is totally useless as a punishment.

What happens when provider gets complimentary but totally fake review w/ fake details of svcs she doesn't do from someone she never saw, emails you w/ proof it's fake, has u remove it...Do you email poster & revoke posting privileges or something? Do u just delete the review & that's it? Pls verify your rules, thx.
If it is clear cut review fraud, the user is banned from TER. If it is debatable, the issue is noted, but the user is allowed to continue his memebership.
