How do you feel about providers doing it on you? For me I am also a bit squimish about this for fear of not being clean. . Am I really missing out on something here?

was 10-12 years ago. Scared the shit outta me at first. Kinda like,

Any tips for keeping yourself good and clean? SPecifically should a guy take an enema before an encounter where he is going to be getting rimmed?
