I believe that is Brittany Starr and from what I have heard yes she does provide (In fact may be listed on E2K), she is based in Vegas

SHe may be but she looks a little younger on her website.
Her name is Emma Starr and I believe she works exclusively for that network of sites. I know she's married and don't believe she provides.
