Small factions and pockets of ethic groups are breeding grounds for Anti Americanism.  

Trust me.. I know it.. I'm an immigrant. I grew up in India, and moved to US as a teenager...  

If I ever find myself amongst them, and its very rarely, and I hear a sentence that starts with... "These American people.....", which is like 50% of the times, I just quietly walk away......

Then why did state governments build housing projects(probably with federal funding?) I'm well aware HP were built for poor people of all ethnicities, but my eyes don't lie

States build it to provide for the dirt poor people. The only other option is to leave them on street to die.. Trying to break the ethnic groups would be unconstitutional.. What people do when they get together in group is matter of CHOICE. I'm talking about people's CHOICE here. So lets not confuse this with role of the Government.

I was bringing up the talking point. That living in squalid conditions could breed contempt, against who ever is responsible for the environment in which you live.

I.E. one who lives in government housing could have contempt for the US government (anti-Americanism). Especially if said individual, has been educated to believe government is responsible for their problems. Not themselves, nor their parents choices
