I am having the hardest time understanding how to accept and link Banner links to my website. Can anyone help?

He mods, or co-mods, nine boards, and somehow keeps them ticking over on a regular basis. I have the newbie board and the 3 Canadian boards, which are dead.
Moderating the newbie board does require a bit more discretion and discernment, but I enjoy helping others.'
