Do exactly what you did here on the Newbie Board but use your regional ad . . .
If anyone is able to help me figure out how to post an add that would be great. Ive been spending time trying to figure it outbit I really need help. Thanks

It is a large and complicated subject, so reading up on it first is best.
Afterwards you can come back and ask specific questions.There is a section on rules for posting ads in the self help center. Read it very carefully.
LLAP,...you don't have to have a website to post an ad but you do have to have an web presence such as an ad on Eros, Slixa, etc. or P411 account or a website.
If you've tried to post an ad and it was rejected by TER use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and ask them what's wrong with your adsUnfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined.
