Can you even imagine if you were to get a PM everytime someone like me posted?
I think the poor PM system would go into overload.
The only notifications I'm aware are reviews if you have favorited a provider. Then you will get notified when she gets a review. If you favorite yourself, you will be notified when you get a new review.
