That being said...
I have been to CC and AB many times. Are there other places that members would like share? Places where you have had good experiences, or places that you would recommend we stay away from? For shear number and consistent quality of chicas, I will agree that CC and AB are the best. How about some of the smaller places?
Thanks,
Aeroteacher

Personally, I only go to TJ for the great food (when I am in the San Diego area on business).  The food scene has really changed there and they have some wonderful restaurants now.  If anyone wants some recommendations, please let me know.  Sedagive.

Sed-
I have read that TJ has some outstanding chefs and great restaurants.

Please list your favorites.

I've looked for some, but most are fast food or tiny cafes.

If you like to dance, Miami club is a rocking place. You'll find two long rows with girls there that are ready and willing to dance for $1 a song. Some of the girls will go upstairs to the Cascadas hotel but many won't. Years ago, I found the famous Esmeralda from Hong Kong club, dressed down and sitting on the bench. We had a rocking great time on the dance floor and upstairs too.

Miami Club has a happy hour 2 for 1 drinks.
The first time I went in there, after we sat down and ordered a beer, 2 beer for everyone showed up and I was pissed since I thought it was a scam that they do in some of the other bars. Instead it was the happy 2 for 1 and it's great. I believe when Hong Kong bar first opens it's also 2 for 1 drinks.

At Las Chevales or Tropical Bar, once in a while, they will scam serve you up a cheese plate, even though you didn't order it. In a few of the small bars, you do have to watch and make sure about your drinks. It was reported that one guy was drugged. This doesn't happen too often, so leave your Rolex home along with your other valuables.

The cheese plates have all but disappeared.  Watch out when the mesero asks you to buy a small bag of chips for the girl.  It's $4.

I've been going to the La Costa for 20 some years. It was introduced to me by my best friend whose Mexican mother took there when he was 12. The house specualty, the Costa Azul is outstanding as well as the service. The Margaritas, although no way near as good as my own, are tasty, even bettered by the fact they are LOADED with tequila. The appetizers are very good and plentiful and at the meal's end, if you have a sweet tooth, partake in the cremitas and fresh baked Flan.

A word of warning...You might consider hobbying before hand or give yourself plenty of time to recover before trying to do so.
I've never left the restaurant without being wheeled out...
STUFFED that is.
