"letter rogatory" is the procedure for US Courts to work with foreign governments to get records for criminal and often civil cases.

On criminal side U.S. had treaty arrangements with many countries.  Also if country has signed the Hague Treaty/Agreement can get.

P411 has had numerous "incursions" by LE although in my view Gina does the best to protect.

Also any control person in the U.S. can be subpoenaed.

In the past I used one of those sites that verifies you for the provider.  Now I figure my name is on a "list."  *gulp*

I suppose LE can subpoena the list and turn it over to the press for a field day.  "Gee Honey, I don't know how my name got on there."

Anybody else ever consider this?  If you call the site and request, do you think they would delete your records?  (Assuming the heat isn't on them at the time.)

O.M.

I'm sensing a theme here.  Roomservice2000's servers are in Jamaica.

located in places where prostitution is legal make it more difficult to get a foreign Court to grant access...  IF that is the only charge US LE agency is pursueing.  Not the least of which prostitution is a minor crime, not worth the dedicated resources to open files.
In cases like the Craigs List Killer, plain old detective work in the USA unravelled the case in way less time...  days, not months & years.
That said, trafficing, assault, murder are illegal in every part of the world & IF there was no other way to track the offender, I'd expect the foreign Courts to order compliance.  (Illegal in both countries.)

I don't see why a verification agency would not remove your old records upon request.
