Hi Toronto.  Do any of your many fine agencies that p411 for verification purposes.  It's so much easier that way and if I can get it out if he way i can focus on the more important things. thx for any insights.

I believe most agencies don't require reference or screening at all. You should be safe in that regard.
References/screening and the like are more common for independent women.
