Amber, fortunately, travels a lot, so I was able to connect with her when she was in the area. I contacted her through P411. Seeing she would be in the area, I reached out on a Friday afternoon, on Saturday we made arrangements, and we met on Sunday. Nearly all communication was through email or text, with a quick call for final directions. She was quick and responsive. In other words, professional, just as I expected.
