TER General Board
They say that imitation is the greatest form of flattery but to be honest with you, sometime it really sucks. There have been many people around the country contacting providers and pretending that they are David from TER. We have had over a hundred people claim to be me reported this year.
For example, last week I was speaking to an agency owner in NY. He mentioned that his friend who owned a massage parlor down the street said I was a nice guy and visited once a week on the house. I told him I lived in LA and had not been to NY in 2 years. After a short pause, he thanked me for that information. For some reason I think that guy is going to get more than a massage next time he shows up 
Here are a few facts:
TER never will offer adding a new provider to TER in exchange for anything.
TER never writes reviews
TER will never raise a score in exchange for anything
TER will never remove a bad review in exchange for anything
TER will never call a provider wanting to see them at a discount.
If the person claiming to be from TER offers anything from the above please get any information you can and forward it to [email protected]
TER may call a provider to verify a request to delist themselves or to verify a request to join the provider’s board if there is no email address in the profile.
TER may call providers at the provider’s request when responding to an email. Even then, most of the times we will respond by email.
TER may contact agencies to get information to establish them as agencies in the TER system.
TER will be contacting larger agencies around the country to explain white list and encouraging them to join.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to be David from TER please VERIFY that is ME. Get me to reply to your email from [email protected] or have me delist and relist your profile live. If the person who calls you cannot do that, they are not me.
IF they are not me or if you are contacted by anyone who claims to be from TER, please collect as much information as possible (phone number, address, etc) and report it to [email protected].
It is bad enough to get the blame for the things I do. It really sucks to get blamed for what other guys do too.

Good to see you posting and putting many of the asinine rumors to bed. TER is the best site of it's kind and light years ahead of the pretenders, and wannabes . Keep up the good work, and visit the boards more often. You have done this community a great service
BTW, If you need a baby sitter for your wife, you always have a "Smelly " friend!
